From a Family Known for ServiceA New Kind of Community

Al Copeland Jr. created Copeland Tower Living to carry on his father’s legacy of hospitality. His goal was simple: to build a vibrant, maintenance-free lifestyle that feels like home—with the warmth and service his family is known for. This community brings people together in a way that feels elevated, effortless, and designed to simplify life.

You could say we tower over other senior living options.

Located in the iconic Copeland Tower, most notably known as the Landmark Hotel, which served the area as a hotel for over 40 years, our building was renovated in late 2021 to become the area’s only premier active adult community.

Our newly renovated community is in Metairie, Louisiana, between the Louis Armstrong International Airport and downtown New Orleans. We’re within walking distance to Lakeside Shopping Center (the area’s largest shopping center), Whole Foods Market, and countless eclectic dining venues.
